The buildings are located in Xuhui District, Shanghai, and feature the largest office unit in Asia, with a total coverage of 77,000 m². The north building is a 150-meter tower that functions as a Grade A office and ancillary office occupancy, while the south one is a 24-meter multi-floor building for business catering and office use. The project has been awarded the Green Building Label of two-star and certified with LEED Gold recognition.
